Bill and Shiela got tired of their power bill and decided to do something about it. They got in touch with us and told us about their intentions of going solar. We went over to Bassano, evaluated their roof and discussed their needs and expectations. They decided to install twelve panels on the southern roof of their home which generate upwards of 3,900 kilowatt hours per year. The Smith’s three kW system offsets more than half of their electricity needs from the grid and make them less vulnerable from price increases. Now they have the peace of mind of a renewable source of electricity that doesn’t come with any surprises or fuel payments. They are the proud owners of the first grid-tied solar power system in Bassano, Alberta.

This spring we decided to go Solar to supplement our energy bill. We searched for a solar company and decided on Solar Hero. When the project manager, Moustafa, came to our house he was very polite and very informative. He gave us a free evaluation and information on the benefits of having panels installed and explained how the system worked in conjunction with our energy provider. Thanks Moustafa for laying out for us in terms we understood how the system would benefit us and then let us make our decision with absolutely no pressure applied. After deciding to go ahead, he and his crew provided a timely installation with very little disruption to us. We are very pleased and are looking forward to seeing the benefits we will acquire when we receive our bills.
